The key purpose of cleaning and scribing equipment is to give full play to its operational efficiency, reduce failures during construction, and extend the average time-free time of equipment. Failures caused by improper cleaning of any part of the equipment may cause construction to stop and delay the construction period. In order to let everyone understand and master the correct cleaning method of spray type scribing equipment, we have sorted out and listed the specific cleaning steps in detail.
Today, we will explain to you the Sanwin modified version of Graco 200DC external mixing spraying and scribing equipment.

1. Steps to lower blood pressure
Always perform the pressure drop step before cleaning the spray type scribing equipment.
1. Open the hydraulic distributor valve
2. Turn the pressure knob in the "-" direction to reduce the pressure to the minimum value
3. Close the hydraulic valve
4. Open the return valve
*The hydraulic distributor valve is parallel to the connecting hose and is open; Conversely, vertical is closed.
* The hydraulic valve is parallel to the lower cylinder block and is open; Conversely, vertical is closed.
*The return valve is parallel to the filter and is open; Conversely, vertical is closed.
2. Replacement steps
1. Prepare two buckets of cleaning liquid and clean pipelines A and B respectively
2. Remove the paint bucket and replace it with a cleaning liquid bucket
3. Place A and B suction pipes in A and B cleaning liquid buckets respectively
4. Disassemble the nozzle and duckbill seat, and use cleaning solution for easy cleaning
*If it is an internal mixing gun, disassemble the nozzle, duckbill seat, internal mixing rod and internal mixing core, and use cleaning liquid for easy cleaning.
Three. Clean the A pump
1. Hold the A return pipe and align it with the inner wall of the waste bin
2. Open the hydraulic valve
3. Turn the pressure knob in the "+" direction to increase the pressure
4. A return pipe discharges the remaining material until the cleaning liquid is discharged, please close the hydraulic valve and close the return valve
5. Hold the A return pipe and align it with the inner wall of the A cleaning liquid tank
6. Open the hydraulic valve and open the return valve
7. A return pipe discharges the cleaning liquid and washes it in multiple cycles
8. Close the hydraulic valve and close the return valve
4. Clean the A airbrush
1. Remove the A gun and aim it at the inner wall of the A barrel
2. Pull the trigger of the spray gun
3. Open the hydraulic valve
4. Let the remaining material in the equipment be discharged through the A spray gun to A bucket
5. When you feel that the A pump is running faster, close the hydraulic valve
6. Release the gun trigger
7. Hold the A gun and aim it at the inner wall of the A cleaning liquid bucket
8. Pull the trigger of the airbrush
9. Open the hydraulic valve
10. Gun A continues to flow out the cleaning liquid, and wash it
in multiple cycles
11. Take out the A suction tube from the A cleaning liquid bucket
12. After observing the pump body running up and down 3-5 times, close the hydraulic valve and continue to pull the trigger of the spray gun to let the pressure in the A gun drain the remaining paint and cleaning fluid
13. When the pressure is less, open the hydraulic valve and let the pump run up and down 3-5 times again before turning it off. This cycle until the A-gun expels the air
*After the A suction tube is taken out of the A cleaning liquid bucket, there is very little paint left in the suction tube, and the lubrication function is weak. If the hydraulic valve is not closed in time, the pump body will heat up due to continuous operation, causing great damage to the maintenance kit, please follow steps 12 and 13 strictly.
14. Close the hydraulic valve and open the return valve
5. Clean the B spray gun
Follow the steps to clean pump B according to the steps to clean pump A.
6. Clean the B spray gun
Follow the steps to clean Gun A.
Seven. Clean the filter and suction pipe network
1. Disassemble the AB filter, carefully clean it with cleaning solution and a brush, and check for damage
2. Disassemble the AB suction pipe network, clean it carefully with cleaning solution and brush, and check for damage
Eight. Clean accessories
The nozzle and duckbill seat need to be carefully cleaned with cleaning solution and brush, and checked for damage.
*If it is an internal mixing gun, the nozzle, duckbill seat, internal mixing rod and internal mixing core should be carefully cleaned with a brush and checked for damage.
Nine. Clean appearance
Use a soft cloth to wipe the appearance of the equipment to ensure that the paint is visible and clean. After cleaning, store the scribing equipment in a safe, dry and ventilated place to prepare the equipment for the next spraying project.

In the marking operation, people's attention is often only focused on the efficiency of the marking equipment, and not enough attention is paid to the rational use, and little attention is paid to its cleaning and maintenance.
Years of industry experience have taught us that spray scribing equipment should be cleaned in a timely and correct manner to ensure excellent drawing results and efficiency. At the same time, Sanwin believes that this can nip the hidden dangers that can cause equipment failure in the bud without causing serious consequences.
