1. Coating stability: independent research and development of the main resin with high reactivity. This allows the two-component spray coating to achieve curing and drying in a short time (generally 8-10 minutes drying at 25°C, and opening traffic in 15-20 minutes), and the quick drying is more prominent in low-temperature construction, and it also has good stability. It is not easy to cause self-aggregation reactions during storage and construction, resulting in the product solidifying in the barrel without construction.
2. Bead adhesion: The main resin has very good adhesion to a variety of substrates. This reduces the risk of the reticle falling off and improves the adhesion of glass beads sprinkled across the reticle, making reflections more durable.
3. Reticle wear resistance: After 20 minutes of reaction, the wear resistance can reach less than 23mg/kg.200 rpm, which can be reflected in the low square dosage, covering the old line square dosage of more than 0.9kg can obtain a high-performance reflective reticle.
4. Reticle stain resistance: The paint reaches a high density after the reaction, the paint has high gloss, good stain resistance, and there is no bead or a small amount of bead marking, which is more prominent.
5. Adjustable settlement depth: The viscosity of the paint is adjusted through experience (different regions, different road conditions, traffic conditions, different temperature and humidity, and whether there is wind, etc.), so that the glass beads have an appropriate degree of settlement, the settling is too deep and the reflection is not high, the settlement is too shallow, it is easy to fall off, and the beads are firmly attached, which will make the marking have both good initial reflection and good reflection persistence. The value of this adjustment experience cannot be achieved without long-term careful thinking and feedback accumulation.
6. Coating inventory period: select stable imported additives. The coating can achieve a good dispersion effect, no gun blocking phenomenon and precipitation, and MMA spraying coating can achieve a storage period of 2-3 years, without hard precipitation. In contrast, the inventory period of similar products in China is usually 6 months. Its stability can be seen.
7. Whiteness and weather resistance: We have always used rutile titanium dioxide produced by chlorination method, which not only looks beautiful, but also increases the reverse coefficient by 100 or more. At present, rutile titanium dioxide is mainly produced by sulfuric acid method in China, so the whiteness and weather resistance are not good.
8. Yellow paint: Our yellow spraying coating does not contain heavy metal chromium, and has a good grinding fineness, no blocking gun phenomenon, and the glass bead inverse value of the yellow marking line 1.5 refractive index can reach 350-400, which is already the ceiling of the domestic yellow paint inverse value.
